Terms and Conditions (Scenic Flights)
1. Check in time is 25 minutes prior to flight time.
2. A Government Issued Photo ID for anyone is required.
3. Unclaimed seats can be sold 15 minutes prior to flight time.
4. A no show fee of 100% will be charged 15 minutes prior to flight departure on unclaimed seats.
5. Weight restrictions may apply.
6. Please call us right away if you need to reschedule or cancel your tour reservation. As a small business, it’s important that we be able to rebook that time for another customer. We require at least 24-hours notice for this. There is no charge for reservations canceled at least 24 hours in advance. However, once booked, any reservation canceled with less than 24 hours of the scheduled ride will be charged the full fee of the flight. Reservations canceled on the same day of the scheduled flight may be charged the full amount of the tour(s) – this includes no-shows and Gift Certificate redemptions. Note: Tours that are cancelled or rescheduled by us due to weather do not incur any cancellation charges.
7. Cancellation of flights made by Wells Gray Air due to poor weather conditions or other circumstances will be will be refundable if required. We will do our best to re-schedule you on the next available flight that suits your schedule.
8. The passenger(s) reserved on the flight(s) is/are not an Unaccompanied Minor.
9. No luggage is allowed on scenic tours.
10. Wait-listed flights and tours are confirmed when the contact person receives the call and speaks to a representative. Please call us at 604-312-3598 at your earliest convenience to confirm.
11. The aircraft type confirmed at the time of booking may change depending on operational needs with our flight loads and will be subject to availability.
12. Please note that we may experience flight delays or cancellations due to adverse meteorological conditions.
